Mr. Ulu (Uluomatootua) Aiono is a Samoan Kiwi, New Zealand-based entrepreneur with over 40 years of experience. He is the founder of COGITA®. In 2012, Ulu was awarded the ONZM for services to business.
COGITA sold and supported manufacturing and distribution software for blue-chip manufacturing companies in the Asia-Pacific region. COGITA grew to be the world’s largest company in its niche. In 2012 Ulu and his wife sold their international business to their largest competitor – Epicor.
Ulu is the chairman of a number of organisations, including Alliance Health Plus, The Cause Collective, Habitat for Humanity Northern Region, and Rise Up Academy. Ulu and his wife now operate an angel investment company.
